Flexible scheduling to fit your needs

Our refund and cancellation policy has been made as lenient as possible to accommodate the needs of our clients. We allow easy session cancellations and quick refund processing, the details of which have been outlined in detail below.

Canceling or rescheduling your appointment

  • 24-hour notice requirement: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This gives us the opportunity to offer your time slot to another individual in need of support.
  • Full refund option: If you cancel your session, you have two options. You can choose to receive a full refund, which will be processed within 10 business days, minus a 7.5% bank transaction fee, or opt for credit to your Shifa Therapy account to use towards future bookings.
  • Partial refund: Canceling of a session between 24 to 48 hours before your appointment, will make you eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refund case: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Rescheduling your appointment

At Shifa Therapy we allow easy session rescheduling without any additional charges up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Any rescheduling requests after that may be subject to the same policies as a cancellation.

How we process refunds

  • If you opt for a refund, it will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your bank statement due to bank processing times.

Know Your Rights

  • Missing sessions without notice: If you miss your scheduled session without providing prior notice, you will be charged for the full session.
  • Availability of therapists: While we strive to provide consistent availability for our therapists, there may be unforeseen circumstances that require us to cancel or adjust your session. In such cases, we will give you notice and offer an alternative appointment time or issue a full refund.
  • Privacy protection: Your personal information, including payment details, is handled securely in line with our Privacy Policy.
  • Disputes: If you have any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team.
