  • Schedule and manage sessions.

Messaging Information

Your phone number may be used to send WhatsApp messages related to your account, therapy sessions, and support needs. If WhatsApp is unavailable or a message cannot be delivered, SMS may be used as a fallback. Message frequency is up to 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from optional notifications by replying STOP on WhatsApp or SMS.

Mandatory Service Messages

Some messages are required for our service to function. These include verification codes, login alerts, security warnings, and appointment confirmation messages. These may be delivered through WhatsApp or SMS depending on availability and cannot be opted out of.

Data Sharing

We may share your data:

  • With your selected therapist.
  • With service providers (payment, cloud, CRM) under strict confidentiality.
  • When required by law or regulation.
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including encryption, secure servers, and access controls.

Your data may be transferred to countries where your selected therapist is located. These countries may not have equivalent data protection laws. By using the service, you consent to such transfer.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws.
