You are not a problem to be solved; you are a story to be honored.
As a therapist, I don’t just hold space I hold your story with care, reverence, and presence. I’m a therapist by craft, a strategist by mindset, and a seeker by heart. Rooted in a multicultural lens shaped by both Middle Eastern and Western experiences, I understand what it means to live in-between cultures, identities, and expectations especially as a Muslim navigating a complex world.
I work with individuals and couples who are carrying quiet pain identity struggles, unspoken trauma, faith-based conflicts, emotional exhaustion, or relationships that are breaking under the weight of silence. My approach is deeply intuitive and spiritually aware, guided by both clinical training and the values that anchor us compassion, accountability, and trust in the unseen healing process.
Clients often describe our work together as both grounding and awakening - a space where they feel gently challenged but never judged. I serve as both mirror and map: helping you recognize the truths you’ve hidden and walking with you as you find your way back to who you truly are not just who the world told you to be.
This work isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about reconnecting with your fitrah, reclaiming your voice, and healing the emotional wounds beneath the surface. If you’re seeking therapy that aligns with your faith, respects your cultural complexity, and offers both depth and direction, I’d be honored to walk this path with you.
