Naaila is currently only accepting clients located in North Carolina.
Meet Naaila, a therapist who understands something that many people spend years trying to put into words: your nervous system learned how to survive long before you had the language to explain it. The anxiety, the shutdown, the overthinking, the people-pleasing, the chaos- these are not character flaws. They are signals. And Naaila's work is about finally learning to listen to them.
Naaila works with individuals, couples, teens, and families navigating trauma, emotional overwhelm, betrayal, relationship abuse, infidelity, grief, and shame. She specialises in helping clients connect the dots between what is happening in the body, what happened in the past, and the patterns that keep showing up in the present. Her approach is trauma-focused and somatic, meaning she pays close attention not just to thoughts and emotions, but to where and how you feel things physically, because the body keeps its own record, and healing often begins there.
She also works with couples in non-traditional relationships, including polygamous and same-gender partnerships, bringing the same warmth, depth, and absence of judgment to every relationship structure she works with.
You might look completely put together on the outside. You might be functioning, showing up, getting through. But inside, you are tired. Naaila sees that. Her work is warm, direct, and deeply practical. She offers real conversations, concrete tools, and genuine pathways to release the mental and emotional weight you have been carrying. Together, you will name what is happening in your head, your heart, and your body, and begin to understand what your symptoms have been trying to tell you all along.
Survival does not have to be your whole life. If you are ready to stop just getting through and start feeling like yourself again, Naaila is ready to do that work with you.
