Meet Nada Mosbah, a Clinical Psychologist based in Qatar who specialises in psychotherapy and psychological assessment for adults.
Nada holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies. She has completed specialised training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with an Oxford-trained accredited CBT trainer, and the Colombo Plan's Universal Treatment Curriculum for addiction professionals. She has also trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and working with clients affected by narcissistic relationships.
Her clinical focus includes trauma and its long-term impact, particularly relational and developmental trauma, as well as ADHD and other neurodevelopmental conditions. She also works with emotional dysregulation, mood and anxiety disorders, and difficulties with attachment, relationships and self-perception.
Nada's approach is integrative and trauma-informed. She draws on psychodynamic and attachment-based perspectives alongside evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT, tailoring her work to each person's needs and circumstances. She believes that many of the ways we respond to ourselves and others developed for a reason, often as adaptations to earlier environments and relationships. Rather than treating these patterns only as problems to fix, she helps clients explore where they come from, how they may have helped, and whether they still serve them today.
Having worked in a multicultural setting, Nada understands experiences within their cultural, relational and personal context. Your background, values and faith, where meaningful to you, are welcome in the therapy room. She offers a collaborative, psychologically safe space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions and relationships without judgement or pressure to have everything figured out.
Together, you can work on strengthening emotional awareness and regulation, building healthier relationship patterns, understanding your needs and boundaries, and developing a more compassionate relationship with
