Hi, I’m Shamyle, and over the years I’ve come to see the therapeutic process much like life itself as a delicate balancing act guided by faith, reflection, and compassion. My work with clients involves supporting them through life’s more complex and tender chapters with care, humility, and understanding. I bring both metaphors and symbolism alongside biopsychosocial frameworks of human functioning to co-create a meaningful and grounded perspective on life. In our sessions, you’ll find warmth, sincerity, gentle humor, reflection, and the full range of what makes us human all in service of your healing and growth.
Having worked across Dubai, Pakistan, and Canada, I offer a globally informed and culturally sensitive approach to therapy one that respects your values, honors your story, and holds space for the spiritual dimension of well-being. My work focuses on long-term healing from trauma and attachment wounds, as well as supporting clients through anxiety, identity shifts, faith-based challenges, and major life transitions. I often work with Muslim professionals, expats, couples, new parents, and neurodiverse individuals, helping them rediscover balance, purpose, and connection in both their inner and outer worlds.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe and judgment-free space one where you can breathe, reflect, and grow while staying true to your faith and values. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, emotional steadiness, and a sense of peace that aligns with who you truly are, spiritually and personally.
If you’re considering therapy, I’d be honored to meet you where you are and walk beside you on your journey toward healing and alignment one step, one breath, and one prayer at a time.
